The Most Delicious Bagels 

Tik Tok and my friend, Char, made me do it. This was my first time making them and they did not disappoint. 

  1. 1 cup of yogurt 

  2. 1 cup of flour 

  3. 2 tbsp of baking powder 

  4. 1 egg 

    *Have an additional egg for the egg wash 

Makes 6 mini bagels  | Serving for 1 bagel  |Protein: 6g  | Carbs: 17g  | Fat: .8g  | 100 calories 
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together- if your hands are sticky put more flour on your hands and the counter when rolling 

  2. Roll the bagels into your desired length and thickness and put the two ends of the dough together  

  3. Place egg wash on the top 

  4. Optional, sprinkle everything seasoning on top 

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
