Signs You Need More Protein

7 Signs you aren’t eating enough protein:

  6. Thinning hair and loss hair

Is it necessary? Absolutely! It is one of the macronutrients- Macro meaning the majority of your eating, along with carbohydrates and fats. The percentage of each is based on your personal goals.
