Fluffy Protein Pancakes

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 40g FitFeel Simply 1 vanilla protein powder, 3 scoops

  • 1 tsp baking powder

It makes 2 large pancakes, each serving is 1 pancake. 25g in each.

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, stevia, and yogurt 

2. Add the protein powder and whisk until blended

3. Whisk in the baking powder and let it rest for 5 minuted until it thickens

4. Put in butter in a hot pan; cook until bubbles are formed and then flip it. Medium-low heat is best to cook them.

5. Transfer to a plate and enjoy
