High Protein Fudge
My love for chocolate is real. If you enjoy chocolate, you will love this recipe.
2 - ⅓ cup of FeelFit Simply1 chocolate protein
½ cup of almond butter or peanut butter
2 cups of pitted dates
2 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of agave
Mix dates with ¼ cup of boiling water on the stove until softened
Drain the water
Combine the almond/peanut butter, dates, coconut oil, and agave in the food processor and blend
After it is all blended, add the protein and blend it again
Spread into a loaf pan
Freeze and enjoy
The entire pan is 45 grams of Protein- I don’t recommend eating it in one sitting though 🙂
