Banana Nut Bread

In one bowl:

  • 3 bananas mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of honey

In another bowl:

  • 2 scoops of arbonne vanilla protein

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp of baking soda

  • 1.5 cups of rolled oats (blended into powder)

  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of walnuts

Makes 24 mini or 1 loaf | Proteins: 2.5g  | Carbs: 10.5g | Fats: 3.5g 

Directions:

1. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

2. Scoop into a silicon muffin pan or sprayed muffin pan or glass loaf pan

3. Bake 350° for 18-20 min

4. Optional: Top with almond butter or peanut butter
