High Protein Pizza
3 Egg life crusts
1/4 cup of Organic tomato sauce
157 g of chicken breasts
1/2 cup of onions, 50g
20g of sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup of green, yellow, and red peppers
2 slices of pre-sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
100% pure avocado oil spray
Proteins: 77g | Carbs: 14g | Fats: 20g | Makes 1 serving. I ate one of them for lunch and two for dinner.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray the pan with the avocado oil and saute each crust on the stove until crispy.
Place the crusts on the pan layered with parchment paper.
Saute the chicken, onions, and peppers.
Place the items in this order on the crust to avoid the crust being soggy- the chicken, onions, and peppers mix, sundried tomatoes, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Put in the oven for 2 minutes on the High-Broil setting.
Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!
