Protein Cheesecake

  • 1 package of Cream Cheese

  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein powder

  • 1/3 cup of low fat yogurt

  • A dash of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers

  • Spoonful of Butter

Additional toppings: Blueberries or strawberries

Makes 14 | Proteins: 2g  | Carbs: 3g | Fats: 4g 
  1. Mix together 1 cup of crushed graham crackers and a spoonful of butter, depending on the texture you want. 

  2. Place on the bottom of the muffin pan and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  3. Let the cream cheese soften before using, it is easier to mix that way. Mix in the vanilla and yogurt. Then, mix in the protein powder. Place in the muffin bins on top of the graham crackers and freeze or in the fridge overnight
